Time Travel

Pondering and wondering the Stars…
If you want to travel back in time, look up to the stars that light the heavens above.

The closest star to Earth, Alpha Centauri, is 4 light years away. When you view it, you are seeing it as it was 4 years ago. The Sun you see it as it was 8 minutes ago and the Moon as it was 1.3 seconds ago. Even when you look at a nearby object, such as a clock or even your hand, you are seeing 13 milliseconds into the past.

*** Every star we see in the night sky is bigger and brighter than our Sun.
*** During a clear night, with the naked eye one can see up to 19,000,000,000,000,000 miles away.
*** The bigger the star, the shorter its life, as larger stars consume their energy at a faster rate than smaller ones.
*** There are approximately 200 billion stars in just our Milky Way Galaxy.
*** The twinkling effect of stars is merely the light from the star passing through the Earth’s atmosphere, deflecting the light before it reaches our eyes.
*** Our Solar System is about 25,000 light years away from the center of our galaxy. To give some imagery perception, we live in the suburbs of our galaxy, so to speak. Just as the Earth goes around the Sun, the Sun goes around the center of the Milky Way. It takes 250 million years for our Sun and the solar system to go all the way around the center of the Milky Way.

Some of the stars we see in the moment, have already died by the time their light reaches our eyes. Therefore, when you gaze upon their beauty, you are looking into the wonderment of their past and may have never been viewed by another in human history. I wonder…is the constellations that we see, nevermore…

With our eyes we are always seeing into the past. Processing our sense of sight, is the top priority in our brain and takes at least 13 milliseconds for our brain to process what we physically see. The other senses are second in priority in our brain processing, thus our sense of taste, smell and touch are even further in the past than what our eyes see.
Science has not been able to yet determine an exact speed of conscious thoughts, as there are too many factors involved and too many variables, such as what is stimulating the thought and how each individual brain processes differ.

So Ponder me this…your programmed self thoughts, how far in the past are they…what about the connection with your Soul…is it communicating in the present, past or future….
